Scope of Work:
This project was a 48-unit residential tower block with an elevator including a parking lot located in Ajman, UAE. Contractors without experience in the UAE will have particular trouble with multi-story construction; the wind is uniquely strong and creates unsafe working environments and risk of catastrophe for the uninitiated. Project completed on time.
