Construction of Terrain and Force Protection, Camp Victory
Location: Iraq
Scope of Work:
Via subsidiary firm, Banha Company, constructed, delivered and installed Terrain and Force Protection items to Camp Victory, Iraq for JCCI/A. This Contract consisted of 36 separate orders, all of which were delivered on time. These orders were completed using 100 percent Iraqi laborers, hired mainly from Baghdad-area communities. Many workers had no experience with the DoD and the training and oversight provided by Bahna ensured deliverable quality, improved safety, and scheduling, and enhanced the skill level in Central Iraq.
Key Highlights:
- Complete logistical coordination of hundreds of trucks including security clearances and base access
- Every order delivered on time. Adverse weather, hostile locals, security procedures did not cause delays due to our belief that conservative deliverable dates are set with resources added at the first sign of schedule delays
- 36 Orders, 100% Iraqi performed
