Past Performance

Constructed forty highly customized two-story villas with a large swimming pool, two restaurants, and a nightclub. Also built on the facility was parking 500 vehicles. This was all secured by 1.5 kilometers of high-security fencing with guard towers. Work was completed one month early using 80 laborers, two superintendents, and our Project Manager.

- Completed all finishing work, including doors, windows, trim, plastering, tile work and painting
- Completed all civil works including surveying, earthwork, and drainage plan

- A&E works completed by High Art Consultancy out of Dubai
- HVAC systems    
- Managed a complex supply chain that ensured client satisfaction with material and schedule
- Built advanced security system, including 1.5 kilometers of fences, guard towers, and camera systems    
- Roofing, and all other works including environmental protection measures
