Scope of Work:
Constructed and six work bays and two residence two-story buildings for a Labor Camp. Construction was corrugated steel, with I-frame support. All buildings were insulated, with fire protection and environmental precautions taken. Client satisfaction very high and Lavender was subsequently awarded other similar projects.  High winds are a consistent problem in the UAE and caused early delays in the project schedule. In response, we re-engineered the schedule to meet the original completion date.
